Daegu Arboretum Established on a sanitary landfill with an area of 231,000㎡, it is the largest urban arboretum in the nation with 1,000 types of herbaceous plants and trees. Botanical gardens with 14 themes (such as wild plants, rocks, hydroponics, aromatic plants, and medicinal plants) are also found in the Arboretum. |

Oriental Arborvitae Forest This forest is made up of several thousands of Oriental arborvitae trees that grow on a stone cliff 100 meters high and 60 meters wide. The forest was designated as Natural Monument No.1 on December 3rd, 1962. |
