- Please note that free discounted transfer does not apply if boarding a bus of Gyeongsan-si or other

For example, if boarding a bus/ subway of Daegu-si or one of the 4 buses jointly operated with
Gyeongsan-si (509, 708, 814, 840) -> transferring to a bus of Gyeongsan-si other than the 4 buses
jointly operated with Gyeongsan-si or a bus of other city -> transferring to bus/ subway of Daegu-si
or one of the 4 buses jointly operated with Gyeongsan-si, fare must be separately paid three times. |

Subway fare is exempted for senior concession card holders, war veterans, persons of distinguished services to independence (democratization), persons with disabilities and guardians of the persons with severe disabilities.
However, fare must be paid for when using bus. |
General bus fare does not apply upon presentation of 'free ride' marking on certificates of persons with distinguished services to the state (for bus, public transportation) or to persons with distinguished services to the state and disabled veterans by agreement between National Bus Transport Service Association and Ministry of Patriots & Veterans Affairs.
However, fare must be paid for when using reserved seat bus or express bus.
Free/ discounted transfer is also applicable to transfer between bus (subway) - bus (subway) with prepaid card (KARDNET) or traffic card with deferred payment (KB Card) rather than preferential traffic
card. |
Bus fare is free for 1 child aged less than 6 (Article 9, Passenger Transport Service Act). However, in case of 2 children, fare for 1 child must be paid even if the children are less than 6 years old.
